New to me motor (mid 80's model?) will start if gas shot into carb, but will not stay running. Opened up carb where gas inlet is (diaphram?) and had gas flowing through it. New gas in tank and sprayed with carb cleaner. Couple questions. Could this be ignition problem even though motor will start or is it probably a fuel problem. Is there any way to tell what year this motor is, so I can get a repair manual. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
