I recently changed the switch box with a CDI 114-6222 it only worked for 2 days before the bottom cyl. failed. There is no output from the switch box to the coil primary. Question is do I go ahead and spend another $180 on another new one or is there another make. OEM parts from mercury are obsolete for this part.( no I cannot return it as I have no receipt, it was bought last year by the previous owner and he threw it away )
