I have had the motor and it is in excellent condition, has ran just fine; however on my last outing the bulb on the fuel line would not hold pressure. It seemed as if it was getting air in the line maybe. I am wondering if the first step to fix this should be to cut and inch or so up from every connection and reassemble the line. and if that does not fix anything, would it possibly be just the bulb itself... or more so most likely the fuel pump itself?

I forgot to mention that i was able to keep in running; however it took me manually pumping the bulb on the fuel line everytime the motor started to die.

Sounds like you have a fuel pump problem.
