65hrs evenrude no power

hi guys need some help ive got a 72 elect shift,65hrs eve she has no pwer under load in water,15 mph tops. checked for dead cyl its ok, also checked fuel line and tank ,ok but while running it one day on the lake i ran some carb cleaner down each carb boged alittle on top 2 carbs but when i hit the lower carb the boat took off like a bat out of **** ,until it burned up the spray, any ideas thanx mike

Hi, Mike.<br /><br />Sounds like your bottom carb has some gummed up jets.<br /><br />1. Get a Mnaual.<br />2. Overhaul the bottom carb.<br /><br />Good luck.
