I posted a question a short time about my 65 hp merc, and possibly changing the fuel pump to an electric pump. snapperbait and a couple others told me to go with less than 4 psi pump in a marine pump. Just for giggles, I checked at my local Napa store, and low and behold, they had available fuel pump kits for my motor. They were only barely over $2.00 each kit, and also am getting a new water pump kit with impellor and seals for barely over $27.00. Man, you people are the best. Thanks for all the great advice for a dummy novice like me. I sort of feal indebted to you all now. Also, I guess I didn't pay much attention when looking at the fuel pumps while on the motor, but found out there are 2 when taking them off to take and look for kits. Again, you're all great.
