640 Daytona to 640 Monte Carlo - Compatable engines?

I purchased a 1994 Tigershark Monte Carlo 640 knowing it would need a new short block.

I found a 1994 Daytona 640 engine for sale and need to know if I can hook up the Daytona 640 to the Monte Carlo 640 exhaust, intake, stator, and PTO???

Any help would be great!
