64 Merc 650 Zinc Removal?

Can someone tell me what tool is used to remove the bolt that holds the Zinc on? Is it a allen. I can't see in that little hole to tell. What size it is would help too. Thanks a bunch.

5/16ths, maybe 3/8th. Long Allen wrench, use the long end and another wrench on it..out counterclockwise looking down at it
