yep that is a nice motor i just hope she run checked the compression before i bought all were around 110psi so i should be good to go and i kinda have a parts motor its 72 85hp Johnson.
well i did manage a little work on it tonight got all the junk out of it and started working on removing the floor unfortunately its mostly mush , hoping i can at least get the bow pieces out with out to much destruction to them to use as a pattern. should have some good weathe till next monday so things should move along well on the boat.

Sweet, if you happen to find the horsepower/weight tag, I'd appreciate reading what it sez...at least it looks as though I won't have to worry about my 115 being too much lol....looking forward to watching your progress!

haven't seen a tag on it, but im not worried about.
well have another night in working on the tear down and i have the motor off and the floor out. lots of wet foam to remove tomorrow.
is there any chance the foam will dry out?
have a lot of stuff ordered already, gluvit , carb kits, water pump, pick up screen and some epoxy for the floor.

Throw a post up in the J/E section about your TnT. I think there's a place that can rebuild your existing motor for a semi-reasonble. One of the guys in there should know the details.

Depends on what you are attaching. Hull rivets are different, they have to be bucked, not pop style. Pop are used to attach panels and other things like decks.

Need more info before we can help.

For interior stuff I've been using aluminum Arrow brand pop rivets from Lowes and a really nice (and cheap!) rivet tool from Harbor Freight.

is that a pneumatic rivet tool.

well as of now , i have every thing stripped of the boat, the top half is sanded down and shes off the trailer, i even sanded the trailer down this afternoon as well. gonna flip the boat tomarrow and sand it and start painting. just have to figure out what color i'm going to paint it its ogin to be white and something as i already have some white paint just not enough to do the whole boat white.
