63 starflite t&t filling?

ok guys ,my starfilte(75) has tilt and trim and if i understand correctly it was a option.no wheres in my manual does it deal with it ,the motor turns but she is dry.wondering where you put it in ,how much ,what to use and any procedural steps i have to take.

never mind ,the darn bleeder or relief screw was stripped.now to figure out how to fix.any suggestions?all the screw does is turn but goes nowheres!the tilt will actually work but cant hold pressure because i cant close that darn screw or valve or what ever it is.at this point i cant take it out either so i have no clue what it looks like inside so dont know how to go about fixing if i even can?

well ,ran to the garage and tried to gently turn screw and operate tilt at same time .it works!now either i leave the screw as is or do i try and figure out how to fix???

heres a pic of the beast.who would paint a prop orange,lol!cowling could use a paint job but she,s slowly coming along .
