Hi, Blue. Very very likely to be fuel starvation or one cylinder operation. If pumping the primer bulb gets her to rev up under load you have a fuel starvation problem. Most likely suspect is the fuel pump, but other possibilities are restrictions in the tank pickup or vent, fuel hose, primer bulb or hoses; and, finally, the carburetor.<br /><br />If pumping the bulb doesn't help, try pulling a plug wire. If the engine slows dramatically or dies, that is a good cylinder. If there is no change, that cylinder is not making power and probably has no spark or some other serious problem.<br /><br />Let us know what you find.<br /><br />Red sky at night. . . <br />JB
