I have a1996 60 HP Mariner on my Pontoon. It is a 3 cylinder 2 stroke. It runs OK at fast speeds but runs rough at Idle and sometimes shuts down at idle speed. I figured out that the top cylinder is missing at idle speed. I thinking it could be the carburetor. I put new plugs in it but it still acts the same. How do I properly adjust the carburetor?
