60 HP 2 stroke running rich and fouling plugs

My 2 stroke 60 HP Yamaha runs great then plugs get fouled after 4-5 hours. Plugs look oily. As a semi-novice, can I adjust the fuel/oil mixture without getting into too much trouble? If so, how? Or do you have other ideas?

is this a oil injected motor or a pre mix?

Could be running too cold and fuel is not burning properly or too much oil

does it have a fuel enrichment system? if so, make sure the red lever is in the normal position (not manual/emergency enrichment)

Also, how old is the gasoline in that tank?....old gas can burn poorly and foul plugs...
