6 HP E/rude, 1975 motor mounts OMC Part #0380680

These are NLA except from the hard-to-get-parts suppliers who want north of $50- each....since there are 4 required, that is expensive sport.

Any rational work-arounds that anyone has used?

Is that something that a spring shop might be able to R&R?

You may also try salvage yards, there is a list of them in the "top secret files". - OOps I see you are in Canada, perhaps someone in your neck of the woods can provide an alternative source?
