i think it is a 5 hp. where do i look to to see any numbers to id year and model?

I have a honda 10 horse and this is where my numbers are. Look between your stern bracket and your extention case for a plate with the number stamped on it. Also it should be stamped on the motor itself, looking in from the front. Same number two diferrent locations!
