1995 bayliner reflex. 90 horse 3 cylinder was working then seemed to drop to 2 cylinders then nothing at all no fire whatsoever
looked over all connections and wires
anyone know a good starting point?

Yes run a spark test, and get a motor manual and start from there, you will need to test the components.

There is a trouble shooting section in the manual. It's a good place to start.

If their is no spark, then you need to start testing components, like the stator and trigger, those ohm values will be in the manual and if those pass then it may be the CDI box and depending on what one it is that may have some tests.

we pulled flywheel off and magnets bunched up and took stator with it anyone know where I can get parts at a decent cost?

Snickers, well to my way of thinking all motor parts are way to expensive, but if you look in a sierra parts catalog their about the most reasonable around. And that will at least get your started to see if a after market part is available.
