I just picked up this outboard on a 14' boat this week. It hasn't been run in 5 years but it started up in a barrel after 3 pulls. Took it out on the water on Saturday and it runs pretty good with plenty of water coming out the exhaust.
I need to adjust the slow and fast knobs a bit to smooth it out.

I have the original pressurized tank and it too is in decent condition. I want to paint the tank and replace the hose, keeping the dual hose setup. Does anyone make a dual hose that is ethanol resistant? And is there any spray paint that comes close to the original red of the tank?

Also, where can I get a service manual for this outboard?

Thanks

You might try here for paint.

As far as your fuel line goes, you can either get the actual twin line hose, (which is kinda spendy) or you can go to your local parts house and get some 3/16" fuel line and use it. Sea-Way Marine or your local marine supplier will likely have it.
