Does a ignition plate from a 55 10 hp johnson fit the above motor? I have this motor but the condensor come loose under the flywheel and destroyed the plate.
The plate casting itself should be pretty close. Might have an extra hole or two machined into it, but the castings are the same (I think). Won't know 'til you try. I have lots of other mag plates for the 30 kicking around if you need one...<br />- Scott
