3/4 turn out (counterclockwise) for the high speed (lower) jet and 1.5 turns out (c-clockwise) for the idle speed (top) jet. That'll get you in the ballpark metty. If the carb isn't really clean, you'll know it...it will stumble and gasp at idle no matter what. You'll need to adjust both on the water on the boat after you get it right in a barrel/tub. Those are good little motors.
