55 Johnson bucks after idle when gets warm up

Hi guys I'm new to the forum hoping someone can help me out I have 55 Johnson start flick of key idle all day takes gas open throttle and left it idle in gear for a few min then give it gas to go she missing like its spark or something. I clean carb change or coils new plugs still same. Could it be crank seals.

Its weird how u can go wot all day and it will idle all day but if u leave it gear and idle then try open throttle itlike it bucks I dojf know if its fuel related or spark or could crank seals cause this.

Sounds like an ignition problem.

Timing on a 55 Johnson

Does the timer base move smoothly ?-----Timing does not normally need adjustment for the life of the motor.----Flywheel key could shear and that does change the timing.----And no you can NOT find the sheared key using a timing light.

Yes the base move smoothly. I like to know how to check timing with timing light. It's not the problem with this. Do u know where u can get manuals on outbourd for free online
