Restoring a 53 evinrude 15hp and needed to find what kind of volume I need from a pulse pump to convert it over. I found one that is 14 liter/hour , would this supply enough fuel or to much?

Thanks

roughly 4 liters/gal...14/4 =3.5 gal/hr...the fuel/gal consumption ratio I've read on the Forums is roughly 1/10 of the hp/hr at wot so..a 15 hp at wot would use 1.5 gal/hr..your pump is capable of delivering over twice the required amount...the fuel inlet needle and float control the fuel level in the carb bowl and your pump won't have enough pressure to "blow the needle off the seat"...all that wind for "that pump will work" provided the pulse set up is right

Ok thanks, I have the pulse set up through taping the bypass cover on the motor and running that line to the the pulse input of the pump. Is that the best way to run it?

Fuel pressure is determined by the pressures in the crankcase--roughly 4psi. So the fuel pressure will be around 4psi, same as what goes into the pressure tank. Fuel GPH is determined by other factors, but 14 liters is way more than the motor will consume. The float valve just shuts off the flow when it gets enough, so no problem.
