50HP Merc 4 Stroke. Spark Plug leaking gas when changed.

1995 50HP 4 Stroke EFI Merc. Serial 0G270011

Replaced the spark plugs on motor. It makes a sputtering sound when it hits 3k - 5k RPMs and RPMs start jumping around. Still trying to figure out what is causing that.

So I replaced the plugs. The bottom plug had gas running out of it when I removed it. Hasn't been primed or ran in over a month. Is this normal? Or is the last carb not spraying or firing right? or any other ideals?

Probably the carbs. I have a Yamaha F50, same motor, different color. Anyway I had carb problems with mine two years ago. Seems those carbs have a machined valve seat in them that can't be replaced. The new carbs are very expensive so I had mine rebuilt by the dealer and he gave me no promises but,,,, so far so good.
