I just replaced my internal fuel line and primed the engine to check for leaks. Since there is clear lines on the ouput of the pump I can see fuel getting to the bottom carb, it fills and the bulb is hard. No fuel gets to the top carb. Is this the reason it has no power? It runs ok but I still get passed by 9.9s.
