Put my boat in the water over the weekend for the first time this year took a can of carb cleaner to flush out the carbs and as I was spraying it trough them noticed when sprayed cleaner trough the top carb it was like nitrus but spray trough bottom the motor would bog! Also noticed at WOT motor bogged but pull the throttle back an 8th inch it ran fine! I rebuilt the carbs late last summer and try to run the motor out of gas every time I park it.

Did you look at the plugs? Did you check for spark on both cylinders? Don't run the engine out of fuel especially if you use it frequently. It is not necessary. Stop spraying carb cleaner into a two stroke engine. No oil in the carb cleaner. No lubrication will score pistons and cylinder walls. Use a fuel/oil mix in a spray bottle.
