50 hp Tohatsu (1995)

Starts fine, Idles fine, runs out wide open throttle fine for about 2 minutes and stalls out dead. No warning just dead! Will imediately fire back up.
Anything 3/4 throttle and below it will run all day long. Carbs are delivering fuel properly at all speeds.

Trigger assembly is my first guess, any advice.

You have to find out what system is failing at WOT. Spark testers can be put in line so that you can see if the failure is related to the ignition system.

that is a faulty reed valve ......
