I have a 50 hp mer about 1985 and having ignition problems with #1 and #2 not firing. have check what I can without a dva meter and found if I unhook the wire to #1 coil it will run on #2. I tested #1 coil by hooking to #2 (wire and plug wire) works. Switched stator wires no difference. Believe I need a switch box am I correct
