50 D starves for fuel

Have a pair of 50D's on a center console cat they start and run fine up to 4000 rpm then they may or may not starve for fuel pump primer bulb then they are fine.Changed fuel lines fuel filters fule check valve on both tanks and engines. Cleaned carbs checked all fittings for leaks what am I missing?

Either a fuel pump issue with both engines( not likely) or an issue related to the tank, fuel line tee or hose length.
