5.7LX EFI head reinstall questions

1997 5.7LX EFI Gen +, heads are off having valve work done. Yes these are Vortec heads. Manual gives torquing procedure as 22lb-ft, then "angle torque" in degrees. What is "Angle torque"?<br />Also, local marina is saying not to use the head bolts over. That they are the kind that stretch. Is that correct? If so, do you recommend someong like ARP for replacements? And would they torque the same? Thanks in advance.

Ol buddy, you just put my mind at ease. I must have searched wrong, cause I didn't find that thread!<br /><br />And thanks to Don S, who already answered the question, I am studying his words now!
