I noticed last year a drop of clear water, as well as rust, on the end of the port rear spark plug (#7). I replaced my risers, and leak tested my exhaust manifolds. Again this year I see the same clear drop of water on the electrode of that same plug. All other plugs look good. Could this be a bad head gasket? My oil looks fine. If the head gasket were bad wouldn't I see water/foam in the oil?

You don't always see water/oil mixing. There are 3 things that can leak together, cylinder, coolant and oil. It could just be coolant and cylinder leaking together. Try a leakdown test.

A friend has a compression guage and a leak down tester. I'll get them and see what it tells me.
