5.7gi-a going into temp alarm

i have replaced everything. next i want to remove the temp switch that controls the alarm/s.L.O.W. system. does anyone have a location for this temp switch? according to my manual it should trigger at 200deg. my dash gauge reads 175 at idle and climbes to about 177 at plaining speed (3000 rpm) 27mph. i can run it for about 10min before the alarm goes off and it automatically slows down. thiis is a 02 v/p 5.7gi-a dp. any electrical schematics for this motor? i can find 3 temp sensors (coolant) but not sure what color the wire is? for the coolant switch that controls the audible alarm and s.l.o.w. system.
