5.7 engine serial # ol612162 correct riser gaskets?

i have this boat that was taken apart before i came along and it has 3" risers. i am not sure which gaskets to use. the parts description shows both open and restricted. is it restricted below and open above?is it all open? all restricted?
help please

Ayuh,.... If the elbows bolt directly on the manifolds, the restricted gaslets are used,.....
The open gaskets are only used when spacer blocks are used to move the elbows higher,.....
