5.0L Smart Craft Check Engine

New to the forum, long time reader. 2005 SeaRay 220, 490 hours. Mercruiser 5.0 MPI, 0W067433 with Mercury smart Craft. Get 2 beeps every minute. Smart Craft only says "check engine'. Lube monitor full, all gauges read normal, starts right up, gets on plane easy with plenty of power. Temp normal, water pressure 1psi @ idle, 2.0 at 1K, etc. Everything is normal except the beeps and "check engine" display. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

Disconnect your drive lube bottle and see if it stops

The problem with alarm codes is that they are fairly generic. I think there are about 15 things that would generate that alarm.

It could be anything from a failed IAC to the MAP sensor out of adjustment. .. And a hundred different things in between.

You need to get the Rinda Diacom software connected up and see what codes have been set.
