5.0L GXI serpentine belt keeps coming off

I have a 2006 5.OL GXI engine in a Monterey boat. The serpentine belt keeps coming off. I replaced the tentioner and belt. The water pump was replaced under warranty, as it was thought to be out of alignment. A different boat shop ground down the engine block where the tentioner attaches. (now it's worse). Shimming it back out with washers didn't help either. It comes off under speed and when I make a sharp turn. When I turn it feels like the steering pump locks, but it could just be the belt coming off. Any one else heard of this problem or have a good guess on how to fix it. Any way to contact Volvo service directly? Thanks, Randy

Usually the tensioner is the problem for this. I would try a slighty shorter belt before looking elsewhere...
