Had my boat out for an offshore fishing trip. Ran 50 miles out no issue. Coming back about halfway it started dropping rpms and backfiring. It would then run ok for a bit then do it again. Then it cleared up and ran the last 15 miles with no issues. Fuel filter was good with no water or other stuff in it when I pulled it. What else should I be looking at?
