5.0 mercruiser just shut off pulling someone on tube.

Boat just shut off pulling someone on tube. Now I turn key and absolutely nothing, no sound or click. Horn works. Are there fuses I need to check? Location? 5.0 mercruiser. Cut off is a toggle switch Prior to this boat seemed a little slow getting up to speed. Any help would be appreciated

Ignition fuse (15 to 20 amp) feeding key switch red/purple wire
90 amp fuse on starter post which feeds the 50 amp breaker
Key switch

Need a meter and check for 12V on red/purple on key switch
