A friend gave me one of these today. He said he got it 34 years ago. Is this motor worth anything? Would it be worth keeping?

To be honest I don't know. I assume it did when he stop using it. If I can get it to run, it's in good shape, is it worth much? I don't really have a need for it.

a 1968 4hp mcculough would be about $200 canadian if in good working order where i am from

I haven't tried to crank it yet, but everything turns freely, ie. pull rope works, i can turn the prop easily... How much is $200 Canadian in USD.... It has a SN of 13026
