Hello all I have a 93 48Spl that will not seem to reach it's required RPM'S all I can get out of it is 4500 .I have changed the pole setting on the back to different setting's and it still remains the same reading anyone have any idea what could be going on .I had a 17 pitch prop on it and went to a 13 and it only showed it gaind 500 RPM.
