UPDATE : Okay guys , I got a chance to test drive today. The motor is definitely firing on both cylinders. Pulls a nice hole shot and planes out quick. I have many adjustments that will only make it better. I think I am having fuel delivery problems but will start a new thread for that. AGAIN I want to thank you all for helping me solve this problem.

Do not make adjustments based on ---" I will move this and see id it runs better "-----Most things on an outboard simply do not go out of adjustment !!!
