i picked up motor, was told it was stored indoors for 5 years. the prop can be turned by hand in one dirrection but not the other, i can not get it to turn at all with the pull rope. is it froze up?

The Brand is Sea King, willey. MW was only the vendor.

The maker was Gale.

Without a model number that is all we can tell you.
