454 7.4L Magnum 1989 Crownline Celebrity Help

I know that I need new bellows and the wiring is a mess. This boat has great bones, the engine has been rebuilt, and most of the lower unit has been replaced. The guy didn't have a clue what he was doing outside the rebuild that he had done in a shop. I would like to make this my new project and make this boat a beauty. I've done campers, cars, and a motorcycle but this is my first boat. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. There's a long winter where I live without much to do so I really would like to make this boat amazing. If anyone knows a good place that would have the bellows, knows where I could find a wiring diagram, where I might find any kind of manual, or anything else you think I should know, I truly would appreciate any help!

But being a BB you should have the Bravo drive
