I am considering buying a 2002 40HP Yamaha 4-stroke, tiller handle, pull start. I've heard a lot of good things about Yamaha. Is this a good motor or should I consider something else? Any and All thought are appreciated. THANKS.
Howdy, Team_Us.<br /><br />All of the 4 strokes in that range are excellent engines.<br /><br />I would be more inclined toward the Mercury or Suzuki because of the EFI and computer control.<br /><br />Good luck.
