I have a 1995 yamaha 40 2-cycle with 2 cylinders. idle is good and reverse is good but when i push to 1/4 throttle everythings good its after 1/4 throttle when problems start. WOT it has no sputtering it just starves as if its still idling in neutral. then if i back off to 3/4 throttle it goes to die then i go back to WOT and it runs fine but its pretty much just idles at roughly 10mph any advice would be helpful!
