40hp Honda Run Issues

I have a Honda 40hp outboard, Issue is while giving it throttle it stumbles a little half way and at about 3/4 but then picks back up and runs fine. Carbs have been rebuilt, main jet and main nozzle have been replaced. Inline fuel filter has been replaced. Idles great, runs strong, just stumbles a couple places. Possibly have to set the carbs up different, or adjust the linkage?
