I don't have the motor yet so I am not sure what size the prop is now. But I know it has one folded blade so I am in need of a new prop. I have done most of the math around and I won't be able to do any testing until I am in the water. However, I do have 13x19 on an old Johnson 60HP appears to be the same spline. A few calculators say 12 1/4 by 19 would be best. Would the 13" be terrible? Or until I can wet test, I won't know? Also, the old Johnson has a hydrofoil on it as well, would this be worth moving over if it fits?

14' Arkansas Polaris runabout = 650
Crew/gear/gas/motor = 600
40HP 2 stroke mariner

I am looking for a good around boat speed isn't really the main goal. I do plan on maybe trolling behind this as well.

My calculator / crystal ball says a 19 " JOHNSON prop on that 40 would be optimistic.
