Hello<br />I have a yamaha 40 hp --model 40ETLH-CODE# 6h4l and serial# 553438, could anyone tell me what year it is? the reason I like to know is --- I want to put a onboard charging system to charge my trolling motor and mabe some lights. If I could find out the year, I may be able to find how many amps that year motor puts out. And maybe you could also shed some light these new fangaled" onboard charging systems" good -- bad ????
