40 hp Yamaha middle carb

Without motor running I am moving throttle full forward and pumping
I see gas spray in top and bottom carb
Nothing sprays in middle carb
Is something still plugged or?.

I suspect that this is an F40. F as in Four stroke. A 40 hp Yamaha would be a two stroke model.

The horizontal brass tube that you see when looking into the carburetor is the accelerator pump nozzle. On the back side of the tube is a hole about the size of a gnat's arse. I suspect that hole is clogged.

Of course there are parts of the accelerator pump system in the float bowl that might be clogged also. When was the last time the carburetors were ultrasonically cleaned in a heated solution?

Yes it's a 2002 4 stroke
I did clean the carbs with a cleaner
On the side of middle carb there is a fuel line hooked into it
Took this off the supply side and blew into it
Had bubbles at tube so thought it was ok
There shud be a gas spray like top and bottom right
