40 hp super sea horse 1963

At WOT it jumps ( The sound it makes it like a "chub" If said loud and fast)

Dosnt hardly skip a beat. Could it just be crap in the carb( allthough i just cleaned it) ??

Dosnt really do it when going slower

Sounds like that could be the clutch dog jumping out of engagement, or is that a electric shift model?
