40 HP Nissan cutting off

My 1999 Nisan 40 HP starts every time when cold, usually the first crank. It runs between 5-10 minutes then cuts off and will not re-start. It won't restart for at least 20 minutes. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Could be anything. You need to pick up a service manual. Pick either the fuel or ignition system and start troubleshooting.
