My 40 hp Johnson outboard would not re-start today after shutting down. Cleaned the plugs, checked for spark............no go. In despiration, I moved th red lever on the solenoid forward and pushed the start button - and she started on the first try. Battery was good at the time. Can anyone offer advice?
