Hey guys, I haven't attempted this one yet, nor do I have the manual yet. Can someone get me started on changing the water pump impellor on this guy? Thanks -Chris
Replacing the impeller is fairly simple. All you have to do is remove the lower unit and then remove the water pump housing cover. Once you do this you should be able to easily replace the impeller. The hardest part on my 125 force was getting the lower unit back on (lining up the splines can be a bear). Take a look at the diagram on Mercruiser parts and you can see how easy it should be.
