Yes, and it's not a 'special order'; they sell them as a standard model. Just go to the Tohatsu website and look under the 'specificiations' section (link on each page of the model's product info) of the 40 and 50. At the bottom of the specs page you'll see the various standard models that are offered. The ones with the 'F' in the model number are tiller handle models
